REFUND POLICY

Request for registration fee refund must be made in writing and emailed to the PSO-HNS secretariat on or before April 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM..

No refund or transfer request will be entertained after this deadline.

Approved refunds will be issued via a check or in cash after the convention.

DATA PRIVACY CLAUSE

By completing and submitting this registration form, you consent to the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Inc. (PSO-HNS) collecting, using, storing, and processing the personal data you have provided for purposes related to event registration, participation, documentation, communication, and other legitimate activities in connection with the midyear convention.
