As we move beyond the pandemic, we are excited to announce that from December 6 – 8, 2024, we will be holding the annual gathering of Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeons in the Philippines! We are thrilled to welcome you to the 68th Philippine Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (PSO-HNS) Annual Convention, in collaboration with the 25th Hearing International (HI) and the 9th ASEAN Academy of Neurotology, Otology, and Audiology Congress (AANOA) Congress. This year’s host is the Philippine Academy of Neurotology, Otology and Related Sciences (PANORS), and our convention theme is “Expanding Horizons Together in Hearing and Balance Care.”
Our scientific program has been carefully curated to feature an exceptional lineup of international speakers and experts who will share their invaluable knowledge, insights, and research. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in various workshops through clinical encounter sessions that cover different subspecialties within our field. Additionally, there will be opportunities for scientific paper presentations, allowing delegates to showcase research and studies that could shape future management practices.
We have also arranged special meetings to connect trainees with esteemed mentors who can guide them in their future careers. We encourage all delegates to make the most of this conference: engage in discussions, challenge your curiosities, and broaden your understanding of our dynamic field.

Welcome to Philippine Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (PSO-HNS) 68th Annual Convention, this December 6 – 8, 2024 in EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Metro Manila, Philippines, with its focus on fields of Neurotology, Otology, and Audiology. This event, aptly called with the theme “Expanding Horizons Together in Hearing and Balance Care”, brings together the best minds and brightest talents in our field, from researchers and practitioners to educators and students, all united by our commitment to advancing knowledge and improving hearing and balance care.
It has been 15 years ago that PSO-HNS has brought together two other specialty organizations, the AANOA and Hearing International in one venue. In these above-mentioned days, we will have that same opportunity again to learn from each other, share pioneering or relevant researches, discuss innovative techniques, and explore the latest developments in our subspecialties. I encourage you all to take full advantage of the sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities that have been carefully curated for this convention.
This convention is not just a platform for professional growth but also a chance to forge lasting collaborations and friendships. Let us use this time to inspire each other, challenge each other, and ultimately, drive our subspecialty fields forward.
