The Amazing North Race

April 7, 2017, Bangui Windmill Farm, Bangui, Ilocos Norte

Adopted from the US reality TV series, The Amazing North Race is one of the highlights of this year’s midyear convention. A maximum of 10 teams composed of 4 members each, competing in a race around Ilocos Norte. Teams strive to arrive first at pit stops at the end of each leg of the race to win prizes.

Clues provided in each leg lead the teams to the next destination or direct them to perform a task, either a detour, a roadblock or a fast forward. These challenges are related in some manner to the place and culture wherein they are located. Expect to get wet, get tanned, get dirty… it is not for the faint of heart.

Participants will also have the opportunity to not only feel and experience Ilocos Norte, they also get to taste some of the authentic cuisines we have to offer.

In the end, our aim is to make The Amazing North Race as enjoyable and memorable as it can get, promoting a healthy competition and building camaraderie among its members.
